Miller (utility contractor) will begin working on storm sewer installation this week within 17th Street, working between Rte 84 and the bottom of the hill. This work will require the removal of pavement, with the intention being that half of the street may be removed while providing access to local traffic. Temporary driveway connections may be necessary and utilized.
